Holy Hour for Peace and Introduction to the Adoration Experience

On Sunday 12/18, 4th Sunday of Advent immediately following the 11 am Mass at St Patrick, you are invited to experience the rich blessings of Contemplation in front of the Blessed Sacrament.

What to expect?:

_ 10/15 minutes of introduction to the practice and its importance followed by questions and answers

_ 45 minutes of Adoration in front of the Blessed Sacrament punctuated by 2 readings and 2 brief guided meditations.

Do I have to stay the entire hour:

_ You are strongly encouraged to stay until the end to receive the full Grace of the Holy Hour.

Is silence important?

_ Silence is essential. God communicates in whispers.

Why for Peace?

_ We have war in Europe, nuclear threats, divisions in our country. December is also a frantic, stressful period. We need to first restore Peace within ourselves.

It will be a great gift to experience this sacred time with you.
